For most patients, the recovery time is about two to five days, during which you should limit your activity level. Even in extreme cases, patients should expect recovery to last no longer than one week, which is significantly shorter than recovery periods following a traditional body sculpting procedure. Post-procedure, each patient will be scheduled a follow-up appointment so their incision site can be monitored and checked for any signs of infection, which can happen in rare cases. Signs of infection include nausea, fever, and redness or swelling of the incision site.
